Graveside services for Mr. Cletus Brewer, age 77, of Richton, will be held Friday, June 2, 2023 at Henderson Cemetery.  Mr. Brewer passed from this life on May 31, 2023 at his residence.  Bro. Kyle Walley will officiate the service.  Serving as pallbearers will be Ashley Nicholson, Thomas Riles, Matthew Smith, Denny Singleterry, Dalton Riles and Josh Smith.

Mr. Brewer proudly served in the United States Marines during Vietnam.  He spent most of his life working in the oilfield in different capacities.  He and his wife owned several businesses including Brewer's Video in Leakesville.

Mr. Brewer was preceded in death by his twin daughters, Vickie and Veronica Brewer; parents, Riley and Velma Brewer; and brother, Clinton Brewer.

He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Shirley Ann Brewer of Piave; children, Amy (Ashley) Nicholson, Stanley (Shellie) Brewer, and Valorie (Thomas) Riles, all of Richton; grandchildren, Kyle (Taylor) Walley, Holly (Matthew) Smith, Mason Brewer, Regan (Denny) Singleterry, Ethan Brewer, Taylor Brewer, and Dalton (Mackenzie) Riles; and six great grandchildren.
