Services for Mrs. Claudette Lindsey, age 79, of Richton, will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, November 30, 2024 at West Salem Baptist Church.  Mrs. Lindsey passed from this life on November 25, 2024 in Hattiesburg.  Bro. Perry Robbins will officiate the service and burial will follow in Henderson Cemetery.  Serving as pallbearers will be Jason Crager, Logan Crager, Delane James, Brentson Henderson, Zander Henderson, Trey McCarty and Gannon Henderson.

Mrs. Lindsey was a member of West Salem Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her son, Travis Earl Pugh; parents, Leonard and Madeline James; sisters, Kaye Brewer and Aretha Stanley.

She is survived by her children, Ann (Joe) Carroll of Richton, Sue Carden of Wiggins, and Erik (Brenda) Pugh of Richton; grandchildren, Erica Henderson of Richton, Terra (Jason) Crager of Chatom, AL, Chris (Jill) Carroll of Runnelstown, Kirk (Tabbatha) Walley of Wiggins, Amber Poche of Wiggins, and Mercy Carden of Wiggins; 18 great grandchildren; 3 great great grandchildren; brothers, Kenneth (Marlene) James and Kermit James, both of Richton; sisters, Robbie Walley and Faye (Robert) Turner, both of Richton; a host of other relatives.
