Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m. Thursday, October 9, 2014 at Jones & Son Chapel at Beaumont, for Mrs. Charley Ann "Snap" Brewer, 78, who passed away October 5, 2014, at Forrest General Hospital. Bro. J.D. Breland, Bro. Curt Sullivan and Bro. Earl Tucker will officiate at the services with burial to follow in the Beaumont Cemetery.

Mrs. Brewer was a member of the Piney Woods House of Hope Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Billy Byron Brewer; parents, Jett Dewitt and Montroy McDonald Breland; and two brothers, Wilburn K. Breland and Carl "Buck" Breland.

She is survived by her daughter, Sharon Howell Pipkins of Beaumont; four sons, Charles L. Howell of Evans, GA, Dannie W. Howell of Beaumont, James L. Howell of Columbia, S.C. and Benjamin C. Jenkins of Denham Springs, LA; two brothers, Bro. Jett D. Breland, Jr. of Hattiesburg, and Billy Joe Breland of Beaumont; two sisters, Gloria Jean Byrd and Sara F. Eubanks, both of Beaumont; 12 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be at 5:30 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. Wednesday, October 8, 2014 at Jones & Son Funeral Home at Beaumont.
