Services for Mrs. Carolyn Stuart Farlow, age 86, of Sumrall will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, September 14, 2024 at Community Baptist Church in Oloh.  Mrs. Farlow passed from this life on September 10, 2024 in Hattiesburg, Mississippi.  Bro. Joe Lott, Bro. Michael Craft, Bro. James Sanders, and Bro. David Graham will officiate the service and burial will follow in Rocky Branch Baptist Church Cemetery.  Serving as pallbearers will be Clayton "Chub" Butler, Lamar Boyte, Spencer Cade, Eddie Wilberding, Anthony Stuart, Andy Pace, and Larue Lott.

Mrs. Farlow was an active founding member of Community Baptist Church of Oloh where she taught Sunday School.  She was co-owner of J's Discount Builders.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, J.L. Farlow; parents, Arthur and Olivia Stuart; sisters, Mildred Johnson and Juanita Walker; brothers, Charles Stuart and Jack Stuart; son-in-law, Royce Lamb; and grandson-in-law, Ross Latapie.

She is survived by her sons, Mark (Terre) Farlow of Daphne, AL and Daryl (Kim) Farlow of Petal, MS; daughters, Darlene (Tommy) Riley of Sumrall, MS and Melanie Lamb of Diamondhead, MS; grandchildren, Chris (Jennifer) Farlow, Tina Latapie, Thomas (Jay) Riley, Andy Riley, Brad (Laken) Farlow, Will (Jordyn) Farlow, Ashley (Matt) Chisesi, and Ty (Karsen) Lamb; 8 great grandchildren; sisters-in-law, Peggy Farlow and Shirley Stuart; and several nieces and nephews.
