Services for Mr. Brent Odom, age 33, of Sumrall will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, August 10, 2024 at Jones and Son Funeral Home in Richton.  Mr. Odom passed from this life on August 3, 2024.  Rev. John Smith, Shaffer Carter, Bro. Shane Freeman, and Bro. Mark Ford will officiate the service and burial will follow in Edwards Cemetery.  Serving as pallbearers will be Shaffer Carter, Drew Carruth, William Winborn, Derek Sizemore, Chase Robinson, and Price Robinson.  Serving as honorary pallbearer will be Randall Duhon and Pacen Odom.

Brent worked as a project manager for Red Roofing in Hattiesburg.  He was a member of Bible Baptist Church.  He enjoyed disc golf, being on the river, and watching the Braves.  Most of all, he loved spending time with his babies and the love of his life, Chandler.

He was preceded in death by his great great grandparents, Ellis and Gladys Odom, Houston L. Ledbetter and Kate Ledbetter.

He is survived by his wife, Chandler Odom of Sumrall; children, John Avery Odom, Karter Odom, Wells Robinson, and Waverly Odom; parents, Eric Odom of Richton and Rena Tidwell of Petal; siblings, Laekyn Odom of Richton and Randall (Carlie) Duhon of Ellisville; and grandparent, Jessie (Delores) Odom, Gloria Tidwell, and Jimmy (Roberta) Tidwell.
