Services will be held at 3:00 p.m. Tuesday, February 18, 2025, at Jones & Son Funeral Home in Beaumont, for Mrs. Bettye Harvison, age 80, of McLain, who passed from this life on February 13, 2025. Serving as pallbearers will be Phillip Walley, Anthony Byrd, Dustin Mizell, Tyler Kittrell, Jared Simmons, and Garritt White.  Burial will follow in Progress Cemetery.

Mrs. Harvison was survived by her 3 sons, Daniel (Missy) Harvison of Denton, MD, Matthew (Kassie) Harvison of Bakersfield, CA, and David Harvison of McLain; 6 daughters, Charlene (Joseph) Daughdrill of Hattiesburg, Sarah Swindoll of Ellisville, Rachel (Phillip) Bradley of Conway, AR, Joanne Strickland of Richton, Abigail (Phillip) Walley of Leakesville, and Elizabeth Harvison of McLain; 25 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; sisters, Patricia (James) Vance of Leakesville and Andrenett Carter of Vancleave; and brothers, Travis (Melinda) Sulisky of Alabama and Richard Sulisky of San Diego, CA.

She was preceded by in death by her husband, Charlie Harvison; parents, John Dawkins and Ona Louise Sulisky; daughter, Bathsheba Harvison; son, Thomas C. Harvison; and grandson, Brandon Harvison.

Mrs. Harvison loved crafts, sewing, and having her grandkids around her.

Visitation will be held Tuesday from 2:00 – 3:00 p.m. at Jones & Son Funeral Home in Beaumont.
