Services for Mrs. Barbara Lassett Harris, age 75, of Richton, will be held at 2:00 p.m., Monday, December 16, 2024 at Lighthouse of Hope Ministries in Richton.  Mrs. Harris passed from this life on December 10, 2024 at her residence.  Bro. Barry Sullivan and Bro. Charles Mayo will officiate the service and burial will follow in Runnelstown Cemetery.  Serving as pallbearers will be Zachary Kittrell, Jay Kittrell, Justin Lindsey, and Mike Jenkins.

Mrs. Harris had a beautiful, contagious smile.

She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Helen Lassett; daughters, Tammy Lee Strickland and Laura Lynn Kittrell; granddaughter, Jayleigh Johnett Strickland; brothers, J. W. Lasssett, James Lassett, A.Q. Lassett, and Robert Lassett; and sisters, Lucille Scarbrough, Patricia Billings, Ann Odom, and Brenda Scarbrough.

She is survived by her son, Milton (Joann) Strickland of Richton; brother, Charles "Bud" Lassett of Florida; grandchildren, Zachary (Trista) Kittrell of Richton, Jay Kittrell of Richton, Kayla (Mitchell) Kelly of Richton, Hannah Lynn Strickland of Richton, and Halee Jane Strickland of Lavelle, FL; and 5 great grandchildren.
