Mrs. Barbara Ann Haire Godsey passed away peacefully on April 12, 2026, with her loving family by her side.

Barbara's greatest joy were her children and grandchildren. She's survived by her sons, George Douglas Christian, Anthony Harthcock (Theresa), and Hank Harthcock (Laura). Her grandchildren, Cristy Marie Harthcock, Cassie Morgan Cutrer (Tony), Hunter Harthcock (Danielle), Hayden Harthcock (Bryanna), Sarah Catherine Swedenburg (Winston), HaleyPaige Gilroy, and Tyler Christian; 7 great-grandchildren; and one sister, Betty Hollis, along with many nieces, nephews and extended family members.

We would like to send a special thank you to her loving nephew, David Hill, for all the love and great care he provided Barbara during her illness. He was a great blessing to us all.

Barbara was preceded in death by her parents, Luther Haire and Edna Earle Haire and her brother, Junior Haire.
