Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, August 31, 2022, in the Jones and Son Chapel of Moselle for Mrs. Barbara Ann Flynt, age 79, of Moselle who passed from this life on August 26, 2022, at her residence. Bro. Hiram Eaves will officiate with burial to follow in the Moselle Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Joshual Tisdale, Dustin Cumberland, Tristan Massey, Jared Smith, Lee Backstrom, James Everett and Mason Drinkard.

Barbara was a member of the Moselle Memorial Baptist Church. She retired as a line supervisor after 36 years with Sunbeam Oyster Corporation.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Dollie Williamson Jarrell; father, Wilson Jarrell; daughter, Rebecca Bounds; brother, Woodrow Jarrell; sister-in-law, Nancy H. Jarrell; sister, Martha Ann Yates; brother-in-law, William Yates; grandson, Jay Magee and great-granddaughter, Rosalee Tisdale.

She is survived by her daughter, Tommie Jean Magee of Moselle; grandchildren, Bridgett (Dustin) Cumberland, Contessa (Josh) Tisdale, Jimmy Bounds (Michelle) and Christopher Bounds all of Moselle; nieces, Sabrina (Jason) Smith, Stacey (Lee) Backstrom, Shelley (Jared) Yates all of Moselle; 21 great-grandchildren; nephews, Lavon (Beth) Yates and Lavelle (Elizabeth) Yates, Blake Yates all of Moselle and son-in-law, James Everett of Moselle.

Visitation will be 5:30 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. Tuesday, August 30, 2020, at Jones and Son Funeral Home.
