A Celebration of Life will be held at 11:00 a.m. with visitation 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. Saturday, October 1, 2022, at Trinity Episcopal Church in Hattiesburg (509 West Pine Street) for Mrs. Barbara Cox, age 73, of Moselle. She passed from this life on September 24, 2022 in the Asbury Hospice House of Hattiesburg.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Chester and Margaret Allen and sister, Patricia Marola. She is survived by her husband, Robert "Bob" Cox of Moselle; son, Raymond (Dawn) Harrison of Chattanooga, TN; daughter, Teresa Harper of Millington, TN; grandchild, Nakita (John) Hayes of Olive Branch, MS; great-grandchild, Nathan Smith; stepsons, Christopher (Heather) Cox and Peter Cox and sister, Janice (Bobby Joe) Marcy of Millington, TN.

Barbara was born on March 12, 1949 in El Paso, TX. She worked as a dental assistance. She owned and operated an aviary. Her pets and flowers were the love of her life after her family. She loved to travel.
