Services for Mrs. Amanda Ann Sylvester, age 56, of McLain, will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, December 13, 2025 at Jones & Son Chapel in Beaumont.  Mrs. Sylvester passed from this life on December 7, 2025 at her residence.  Bro. Lewis "Hootie" Maples will officiate the service and burial will follow in McLain Cemetery.  Serving as pallbearers will be her sons, Matt Cowart, Will Sylvester, Shawn Sylvester, Kyle Sylvester; son-in-law, R.J. Williams; Mike Massioni, and Randy Cowart.

Mrs. Sylvester attended East View Church of God.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Joan Breland; father, Evon Jordan; and parents-in-law, Kenny and Pat Sylvester.

She is survived by her husband, Kinnie Sylvester of McLain; sons, Matt (Elizabeth) Cowart of McLain, Kyle Sylvester of Biloxi, Shawn (Sheena) Sylvester of Lucedale, and Will (Lakyn) Sylvester of Richton; daughters, Shelbie Cowart (R.J. Williams) and Sarah (Rhett) Baygents, both of McLain; grandchildren, Leia, Monkey, Anakin, Sawyer, Anna Grace, Callie, Sweet Pea, Peanut, Lucas, J.J., Payton, River, Bitty, and Bexy; and sisters, Amy Jordan McCardle and Judy Malone, both of Dixie.
