Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, May 22, 2024, for Mr. Albert "Al" Liverett, age 73, of Laurel, MS at Eastabuchie Cemetery. Mr. Liverett passed from this life on Sunday, May 19, 2024, at South Central Regional Medical Center. Bro. Dan Atkinson will officiate with burial to follow. Serving as pallbearers will be Scott Carmichael, Ethan Gregory, Chris Holifield, Blaine Holifield, Alex Parker and Josh Parker.

Al was born on October 10, 1950, in Hattiesburg, MS to Joseph Elijah and Bobbie Nell Liverett. He worked as a retail salesman and loved to play golf with his wife.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Ann White Liverett; parents; brothers, Ron and Roy Liverett and sister, Marine Fourrier.

He is survived by his sons, Chris Holifield of Pendorff and Blain Holifield of Laurel; grandchildren, Zachary, Jacob, and Hannah Holifield, Ann Lee Wood, Madison Harper and Scott Coghlin; sisters, Martha Parker of Ellisville and Sue Boutwell of Petal and great-grandchild, Haley Cooley.

Visitation will be 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, May 22, 2024, at Jones and Son Funeral Home in Moselle.
